Sydney Low Carb Specialists is a unique multidisciplinary run clinic specializing in low carbohydrate diets (including ketogenic therapies), metabolic health and integrative medicine. Our practice was established in July 2019 and since this time has treated well over 2000 patients for a variety of health conditions, and for optimising health and longevity. Our philosophy is one of using food as medicine wherever possible, to improve our patients’ health and wellbeing.
Our consultation fees are outlined below. Fees may vary depending on the length and complexity of your appointment.
We also offer telehealth consultations and short phone appointments where appropriate. If you are unsure which appointment type is best suited to your needs, or if you have any questions regarding fees, Medicare rebates, or appointment options, please contact our friendly team. Booking & Cancellation Policy
To help us offer appointments to patients on our waitlist, we kindly ask that you provide:
- At least 4 business days notice for cancelling or rescheduling an initial appointment
- At least 2 business days notice for cancelling or rescheduling a review appointment
Initial Appointments
- A $75 booking fee is required and covers the clinician’s time and resources.
- If you cancel with less than 4 business days’ notice or do not attend your appointment, 100% of the booking fee will be retained.
Review Appointments
- If you cancel with less than 2 business days’ notice or do not attend your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can arise. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests for waived cancellation fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of your clinician.
