The ultimate Low Carb guide to eating out in the Hills District, Sydney
Last updated 8/03/2020
Here at Sydney Low Carb Specialists we work within the philosophy that eating low carb is more than just a diet, it is a lifestyle that can be shared with family and friends. With the growing cafe culture in the Hills, it is a breath of fresh air to see more and more businesses supporting the ‘food is medicine’ ethos. We have put together a list of cafes, restaurants and shops who support this philosophy by offering low carb/keto options on their menus. The best way to create this ongoing community change is to vote with our dollars and shop at our local businesses who understand the immense health benefits of low carb eating.
We aim to keep this page regularly updated to reflect the places that support low carb in the Hills District of Sydney. If you are a cafe, restaurant or shop in the Hills district and would like to be included in this list of low carb eats then please email us at info@sydneylowcarb.com.au

As the name implies, this bustling shop has a wide range of the freshest and tastiest seafood brought directly to the people of the Hills. We recommend looking for wild caught/raised (not farmed) in Australian waters where possible. Seafood is one of the richest sources of omega-3 on the planet.
We love it for their original Biltong made traditionally, without any unnecessary preservatives. You can’t find this in a supermarket!
